Diane received her 500 hour Yoga Certificate from Yoga Zone in New York City in 2001. She received a Level I Certificate for Children’s Yoga from Yoga Rocks!, winter 2009. Diane is trained to teach Yoga level 1-3, Vinyasa Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga for Kids, Mommy & Me Yoga and Prenatal Yoga. Diane's has been teaching adults and childern with Special Needs for 3 years, this is something that she feels has been a special gift and her new passion. She has also taught privately as well as in studios in NYC and on Long Island for 10 years. Diane's style of yoga is fun vinyasa style open to everyone.

Was brought to yoga as a means of stress management years ago with the recommendation from a personal trainer and a doctor. Once a regular practice developed she began to see the benefits not only external but also internal which is what brought her to want to teach yoga and help others find the joy it has brought to her life. As a former competitive gymnast she has excellent body awareness and through her Iyengar based yoga training she has great understanding of proper alignment. Her style of teaching is a mixed eclectic blend of different styles of yoga she has practiced over the years with attention to alignment. She graduated as an RYT-200 at The Yoga Room School of Long Island/Drishti Yoga.

Danielle is a certified 500 hour yoga instructor in the Prana Shakti Flow style. In addition, she is attending advanced trainings through Long Island Yoga School. An athlete for most of her life, Danielle was first introduced to yoga after an injury forced her to slow down the pursuit of her other athletic endeavors. She began practicing Yoga consistently in 2006 and it quickly became one of her passions. As a former martial art practitioner, she resonated with yoga’s flowing moves, breath-connected poses, and self-discipline. She is a versatile instructor who has worked teaching many different activities to a broad range of individuals and will bring her passion for teaching to yoga as well.
Jeanne's class is challenging and fun. She continues to build her knowledge of teaching by attending workshops in order to teach her students the newest trends in yoga. She is a seasoned teach with a great sense of humor.

Nick has always had an inquisitive nature about life and the spirit within. After moving to California and practicing yoga for the physical benefits he began to realize the true meaning of the mind, body and spiritual connection that yoga provided. His inquisitive spark was lit and his spiritual flame began to grow brighter than ever before. His thirst for knowledge about the yogi philosophy and the life guiding principles it provides has not stopped since. Over the years Nick has practiced many styles of yoga. Certified by the Always-At-Aum yoga school; he blends a mix of Vinyasa-flow, power, and other yoga styles together to bring a revitalizing, mind and body strengthening yet relaxing practice to the mat.
A lifelong athlete, Diana met unexpected challenges when she first stepped onto the mat in 2005 expecting only to lengthen tight muscles. She continues to be inspired and challenged by the physical, mental and Spiritual growth that arises when practicing yoga. Her yoga practice eventually transitioned to a daily activity that is practiced both on and off the mat. Diana's teaching style reflects a blend of various forms of Hatha Yoga including: Dharma Mittra, Iyengar and Astanga with attention to alignment. Most importantly, Diana continues to be a student of yoga and trains regularly with master, Sri Dharma Mittra and less frequently with Iyengar certified yoga masters. Diana Gruhn earned her RYT-200 certification at The Yoga Room School of Long Island/Drishti Yoga in March 2011. She will begin the LOAY 500-hour teacher training with Dharma Mittra in October 2013.
Karen has been involved in the fitness profession since 1998, providing everything from group fitness classes and personalized training sessions to the coordination of worksite wellness programs. Her extensive fitness background and passion for human movement led her to Pilates and its importance in creating postural awareness and injury prevention. She is currently enrolled in a 500-hour comprehensive teacher training Pilate’s program; she is due to test out in the fall 2013. Having the body perform in a safe and healthy manner is the key to aging gracefully. It is never too early to begin the practice of the mind-body connection. By utilizing and mastering these key principles, we are able to improve our fitness level, while keeping the body free from unnecessary injuries. Karen has certifications from the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) in GROUP FITNESS, STEP, and PERSONAL TRAINING, Balanced Body BARRE, and the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing (NCHEC) in HEALTH EDUCATION. Sat Kirpal Kaur Darlene Attard’s Biography Darlene’s yoga journey began when she experienced peace and increased energy during her pregnancy in 1999 while practicing Kundalini Yoga and Meditation. This led her to take some time off from being a CPA and to immerse herself in the Kundalini teachings. Darlene earned her Prenatal Certification in Feb 2003 with Gurmukh in Los Angeles, California and completed her Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Certification in August 2003 with Yogi Bhajan, the Master, in New Mexico. She will complete her Level 2 Kundalini Yoga Certification in February of 2014. Darlene is a Master Teacher in Magnified Healing and assists Florence in monthly healing circles at Yogaholic and also offers private healings. Her spiritual name given to her by Yogi Bhajan, Sat Kirpal Kaur, means “Princess of Compassionate Truth”.
