Morning Stretch and Meditation: All levels welcome. Seated and standing yoga poses to help loosen up for relaxation and meditation.

Gentle/Restorative:  Gentle stretching combined with restorative yoga; which helps boost your immune system and claim your central nervous system.

Beginner Hatha Yoga : Learn basic yoga poses, breathe technique and meditation tools.

All Levels: Instructional class offering modifications for beginners and challenge the more advanced students.

Vinyasa:  Flowing movement. Combining the breathe with the yoga poses. (Stronger yoga practice required)

Warm Flow:  Vinyasa flow in a warmer room. (Stronger practice yoga required)

Ashtanga Inspired Vinyasa: Vinyasa flow inspired by poses in the Ashtanga Primary Series.

Power Yoga:  Get ready to work your “assana” off in this hard core athletic yoga class.

Prenatal/ mom& me: Pregnant women and moms with babies (up to crawling). Tone, stretch, strengthen and bond.
 
Children Yoga 5-12 years:  Learn the fundamentals of yoga poses, breathing and mediation in a fun and creative environment.  Designed to help build confidence, body awareness and self acceptance:

Family Yoga:  Yoga for the whole family. Bring your child and learn yoga poses together in a fun playful environment. (All ages and levels welcome)
