All Levels: Instructional class offering modifications for beginners and challenge the more advanced students.
Vinyasa: Flowing movement. Combining the breathe with the yoga poses. (Stronger yoga practice required)
Warm Flow: Vinyasa flow in a warmer room. (Stronger practice yoga required)
Power Yoga: Get ready to work your “assana” off in this hard core athletic yoga class.
Yogalates: Mat pilates and yoga combined to strengthen your core.
Prenatal/ mom& baby: Pregnant women and moms with babies (up to crawling). Tone, stretch, strengthen and bond.
Toddler Yoga: (18-36 month – with parent) Learn yoga poses, breathing and relaxation through music and stories with your toddler. (8 week series)
Preschool Yoga: (3-4 years) with adult present, preschoolers learn to interact with peers and to exercise through the play of yoga. (8 week series)
Children Yoga 5-12 years: Learn the fundamentals of yoga poses, breathing and mediation in a fun and creative environment. Designed to help build confidence, body awareness and self acceptance. (8 week series)
