Morning Stretch and Meditation: All levels welcome. Seated and standing yoga poses to help loosen up for relaxation and meditation. (All Levels)

Gentle/Restorative:  Gentle stretching combined with restorative yoga; which helps boost your immune system and claim your central nervous system. (All Levels)

All Levels: Instructional class offering modifications for beginners and challenge the more advanced students. (All Levels)

Levels 2/3: A yoga class focusing on taking your yoga poses to a more advanced level. This class is for experienced yoga students. (Stronger yoga practice suggested)


Vinyasa:  Flowing movement. Combining the breathe with the yoga poses. (Stronger yoga practice suggested)

Prenatal/ mom& me: Pregnant women and moms with babies (up to crawling). Tone, stretch, strengthen and bond. (All Levels) 
 

Children Yoga 5-12 years:  Learn the fundamentals of yoga poses, breathing and mediation in a fun and creative environment.  Designed to help build confidence, body awareness and self acceptance.(All Levels)

Family Yoga: Yoga for the whole family. Bring your child and learn yoga poses together in a fun playful environment. (All ages and levels) 

Pilates: Focusing on building core strength and lengthing muscles. (All Levels)

Beginner Yoga: An Iyengar inspired yoga class.  Learn to find your correct alignment by using props and holding the poses in order to gain the benefit of each pose. (Beginner class)
