Yogaholic at the Zen Den is a community yoga center, offering kids to adults a safe and comfortable environment to practice yoga. Our goal is to inspire confidence in each individual so that they may make better lifestyle choices and exercise their bodies in a fun and safe way.
We will provide adults an alternate environment to the crowded and impersonal gym. We also not only teach the physical form of yoga, but help educate on breathing properly, taking time to exercise and quieting the mind for meditation.
Always Be on your own mat.

Jackie Incorvia: Jackie's personal yoga practice which began in 2005 coupled with a growing interest in Eastern philosophy took her to India to 2008 to classical Hatha yoga for four months. Between August and December of 2008, Jackie earned her 200-hour certification at Yoga Teachers Training Institute in Queens, NY. She is currently pursuing her 500-hour certification to deepen her personal practice and her teaching. She is interested in expanding her philosophy knowledge and exploring other systems of traditional Eastern medicine which involve the marriage of mind and body and yield physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual benefits. Jackie teaches both Eclectic Vinyasa and classical Hatha classes, Vinyasa meaning breath-synchronized movement. Her classes aim to move through a creatively-arranged sequence of poses while focusing on and connecting to the breath. Influenced by the Ashtanga yoga system, her style blends other traditions to form a cohesive dynamic class with attention on alignment and with some static holding of poses, which aim to develop strength, flexibility, stamina, concentration, confidence, and empowerment in her students.
